Chief Technology Officer

Ryan Sherry serves as Chief Technology Officer of CCGX, where he designed and leads its proprietary due diligence and underwriting platform. This system applies institutional-grade analytical rigor to assisted living and behavioral health transactions. Every opportunity is stress-tested on T12 performance versus pro forma, cap rate and financing scenarios, census and payer-mix trends, and regulatory and downside risks. The process surfaces issues early, supports defensible valuations, and reduces closing surprises. The result is underwriting that holds up under appraisal review and produces cleaner, more predictable closings—earning the confidence of both sellers and buyers. Joel Vardis is a lending partner at Copper Ridge Financial, an outside lender, and is not a member of the CCGX team. He works with buyers on financing for assisted living and healthcare real estate, including acquisition, development and bridge financing. Any financing is provided by Copper Ridge Financial or another third-party lender, not by CCGX, and is subject to that lender's own review and approval.
