Crawford Commercial Group (“CCGX”) is a team operating under eXp Commercial, LLC. CCGX is not itself a licensed real estate brokerage. Real estate brokerage services described on this website are provided through the licensed brokerage identified for that service below.

Our licensed professionals are licensed in Arizona. Clients with property in other states are served through brokers licensed in those states.

Commercial brokerage

All commercial properties are listed and brokered by eXp Commercial, LLC. Brokerage services for commercial real estate, including healthcare real estate such as assisted living, memory care, senior housing and behavioral health properties, are provided through eXp Commercial, LLC.

Luxury residential

Residential and commercial brokerage are distinct relationships. Residential listings and representation on this website are identified as follows:

Capital markets

CCGX arranges and advises on financing; financing is provided by third-party lenders under their own terms, credit policies and licensing. CCGX is not a lender. Program availability, eligibility and terms change with the market and with each lender.

Research and data

Transaction data and research are drawn from public sources, trade press and company releases, each identified with its source. Figures described as CCGX calculations, such as price per unit or per bed, are our arithmetic on reported numbers and are distinguished from third-party facts. Undisclosed figures are left blank rather than estimated. Data may be incomplete or out of date.
