1. Information only; not advice

Content on the Site, including research, market data, newsletters, commentary and the output of any tool or calculator, is provided for general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and it is not an appraisal. Consult your own qualified advisors before making any decision.

Valuation tools produce estimates only, based on the information you enter, and do not guarantee a sale price, value or financing. Financing information is not a commitment to lend, an offer of credit or a quote of terms; loans are made by third-party lenders under their own terms.

2. Brokerage relationship

Crawford Commercial Group is a team operating under eXp Commercial, LLC. Using the Site, submitting a form or receiving information does not by itself create an agency, brokerage or advisory relationship. 3. Accuracy of information

We work to keep information accurate and to cite its sources, but property details, transaction data and market figures come from owners, public records and third parties and may contain errors or be out of date. Information is provided “as is” and is subject to change without notice. Verify anything you intend to rely on. To report an error, email jake@crawford.team.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms;
• scrape, harvest or bulk-download content or data, or use automated means to access the Site, except as we expressly permit;
• interfere with the Site’s operation or security, or attempt to access accounts, systems or data you are not authorized to access;
• resell, republish or redistribute Site content or data without our written permission; or
• submit false information or impersonate any person.

5. Accounts and paid services

Some features require an account or a paid subscription. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Paid services are subject to the pricing and terms presented at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, research, data compilations, graphics, logos and software, are owned by Crawford Commercial Group or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your personal or internal business use, with attribution. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

7. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party sources and websites, including the original reports behind our transaction data. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

8. Communications

If you subscribe to a newsletter or submit a form, we may contact you about your request and related CCGX updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the effective date above will be updated. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
