Our commitment

Crawford Commercial Group wants everyone to be able to use ccgx.com, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we treat accessibility as part of how pages, tools and documents are built and reviewed.

What we do

• Use semantic headings, landmarks and labeled form fields.
• Keep text and interactive elements at accessible contrast ratios.
• Show a visible focus indicator and support keyboard navigation.
• Provide text alternatives for meaningful images.
• Present data in real tables with headers rather than images of numbers.
• Design layouts that work on small screens and when text is enlarged.

Known limitations

Some content may not yet fully meet our target, including interactive maps, complex calculators, PDF documents and content supplied by third parties such as embedded listings. We are working to improve these. If something gets in your way, we will provide the information in another format.
